Community Neighborhood "Nodes"

These are simply community neighborhoods in Upland. You can find a list of nodes in Discord (or start your own node anywhere in Upland). You an also see some official nodes listed in the Community Directory on the Upland website. There is no formal process for creating a node. All it takes is a few people working together who are willing to be a part of a neighborhood.
